Delivery Implementation Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete customer-specific solution and guarantee overall coherence of the solution.

• Make and take responsibility for cross-module design decisions while resolving conflicts among teams, modules, and requirements.

• Ensure consistent configurations across modules and proactively identify solution issues.

• Convert customer business policies and requirements into accurate and consistent system behavior.

• Serve as the primary functional authority for complex issues, supporting senior-level customer discussions and decisions.

• Ensure delivery quality through comprehensive end-to-end testing and readiness decisions for go-live.

• Direct teams to focus on addressing the most critical delivery challenges.

• Minimize rework, cross-module complications, escalations, and reliance on specific knowledge holders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and expertise in NEC Housing Solution, encompassing configuration and module implementation.

• Prior experience in housing environments, such as Local Authority Housing, ALMOs, and Housing Associations utilizing NEC Housing Solution.

• Background in consultancy, featuring customer engagement and project methodologies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capable of problem-solving in high-pressure situations and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in leading and mentoring individuals in a consultancy role.

• Ability to think comprehensively across the entire solution.

• Comfortable with decision-making and taking ownership of outcomes.

• Proficient at simplifying complex issues.

• Confident in challenging and managing trade-offs.

• Understanding of the interconnections between Operations, Policy, and System configuration.

• Possess pre-existing rights to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence is required.

• Offers contingent upon satisfactory vetting, references, and occupational health assessments.

• A DBS check may be necessary based on the nature of the role.
