This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the complete customer-specific solution while ensuring its overall coherence.
• Comprehend how all system components integrate and function together.
• Make and take responsibility for design choices, including those affecting multiple modules.
• Address and resolve conflicts that arise between teams, modules, and requirements.
• Provide clear recommendations and take charge of the resulting outcomes.
• Maintain consistency across various modules and configurations.
• Proactively identify and resolve solution-related issues at an early stage.
• Convert customer business policies into actionable system behavior.
• Collaborate with customers to gather insights on policies and requirements.
• Identify and communicate risks when there is a misalignment between policy and system design.
• Serve as the primary functional authority for intricate issues.
• Assist in senior-level customer discussions and decision-making processes.
• Simplify and clarify complex topics for better understanding.
• Ensure delivery quality through thorough and realistic end-to-end testing.
• Assist in determining the readiness of solutions for going live.
• Direct teams to focus on resolving the most critical issues.
• Lead and mentor individuals in a consultancy role.
• Extensive knowledge and expertise in NEC Housing Solution, including configuration and module implementation.
• Prior experience in Housing environments, such as Local Authority Housing, ALMOs, and Housing Associations utilizing the NEC Housing Solution.
• Background in consultancy, encompassing customer engagement and project methodologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven experience in making and owning design decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in leading and mentoring individuals within a consultancy context.
• Existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentation required.
• Successful completion of vetting, references, and occupational health assessments.
• A DBS check may be necessary depending on the specific role.
