Delivery Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand CodeRoad’s delivery organization, guaranteeing the successful implementation of high-quality client solutions.

• Function as a strategic technical partner, aligning client business requirements with engineering and project management capabilities.

• Act as the main technical and delivery contact for significant clients.

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive engagement, responsiveness, and thought leadership.

• Assist Sales in pre-sales activities, proposals, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).

• Provide guidance on technology selections, architectures, scalability, security, quality, and best practices for delivery.

• Assess emerging technologies such as Agentic AI and MLOps for client solutions.

• Establish and uphold internal delivery standards, quality frameworks, and Agile methodologies.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, and Tech Leads on project execution.

• Track delivery KPIs including velocity, quality, utilization, and defect rates.

• Engage in final technical and cultural interviews for candidates joining the Studio or specialized Accounts.

• Mentor and coach Program Managers, Architects, and Senior Project Managers.

• Develop career paths and growth frameworks in collaboration with the COO and People team.

• Conduct performance reviews and promote accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.

• Ensure client and employee satisfaction, contribute to account growth, guarantee on-time/on-budget delivery, and complete performance reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience as a senior technical leader or consultant in staff augmentation or software development services.

• Strong knowledge across various platforms, frameworks, or delivery methodologies.

• Proficiency in conversational English is essential; Spanish is highly preferred.
