• Capture and qualify opportunities that support future customer growth.

• Collaborate with sales colleagues and provide feedback and debriefs after delivery sessions.

• Deliver outcomes and objectives with agility and flexibility.

• Contribute to the enhancement of learning materials and facilitation methods.

• Share facilitation insights and best practices with peers.

• Record customer and practitioner feedback, themes, and learning observations.

• Identify opportunities to enhance future delivery and customer experience.

• Work collaboratively across the organization to strengthen learning experiences and customer outcomes.

• Contribute to communities of practice and shared learning.
