This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
β’ Lead the delivery assurance objectives for assigned programs while identifying risks and actions to support timely delivery and meet customer requirements.
β’ Track program delivery performance, customer commitments, and critical hardware; initiate recovery actions to address potential delays.
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with Collins Product Teams and other departments to resolve customer delivery challenges.
β’ Engage with both internal and external customers to communicate delivery status, address concerns, and provide updates on recovery plans.
β’ Oversee tracking, shipment, and delivery of critical customer hardware.
β’ Coordinate the resolution of transportation and logistics challenges.
β’ Conduct escalated expediting activities to recover at-risk deliveries and minimize the impact on customers.
β’ Assist in customer delivery meetings by providing program status, risks, constraints, and follow-up actions.
β’ Implement process improvements to enhance delivery assurance and visibility regarding delivery risks.
β’ Utilize delivery assurance systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office tools to monitor performance and communicate program status effectively.
β’ Build cross-functional relationships to facilitate issue resolution and ensure alignment with customer commitments.
β’ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience.
β’ Background in customer service, customer support, program management, operations, supply chain, or delivery assurance.
β’ U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information pertaining to this program/contract.
β’ Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with both internal and external customers.
β’ Experience in coordinating across multiple functions to address complex issues and fulfill customer commitments.
β’ Skilled in identifying delivery risks and developing or executing recovery plans.
β’ Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail.
