This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +2 more states.
• Guide the program team throughout engagements, ensuring effective communication, clarity, motivation, and direction.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers.
• Execute program management tasks, ensuring compliance with Salesforce methodology, project milestones, and governance standards.
• Cultivate, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of consultants.
• Foster relationships with direct reports, understanding their objectives, strengths, development needs, and challenges.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings focused on performance, growth, engagement, and career progression.
• Deliver timely, specific, and behavior-focused feedback.
• Proactively address performance issues and challenging conversations.
• Champion the growth, development, and organizational visibility of consultants.
• Develop and monitor growth plans with measurable outcomes.
• Recognize skill gaps within the team and enhance consultant capabilities in anticipation of delivery demands.
• Maintain up-to-date consultant skill profiles.
• Promote compliance with certifications and participation in skills development opportunities.
• Enhance methodology fluency through ride-alongs, artifact evaluations, hands-on coaching, and real-time feedback.
• Ensure that consultants consistently meet SPSM expectations.
• Maintain approximately 25% billable utilization through client delivery work.
• Oversee team morale, workload, engagement, and retention.
• Identify and address risks related to performance, development, and retention.
• Connect consultants with leaders, experts, experiences, and growth opportunities.
• Share best practices and insights with fellow leaders.
• Lead significant transformation and enterprise-level initiatives.
• Create project plans and gather estimates and other necessary inputs.
• Manage project teams, budgets, and timelines.
• Communicate program updates to various leadership levels, including executive sponsors.
• Define and monitor KPIs for program health and effectiveness.
• Assist in business case and ROI reporting for value realization.
• Facilitate client meetings and workshops, develop action plans, mentor junior team members, and handle client escalations.
• Over 10 years of experience in project and program management, focusing on delivering results for external clients in a consulting setting.
• More than 7 years of experience managing Salesforce engagements is strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Public Sector vertical within Professional Services is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of People Leadership experience managing a team of 10 or more.
• Capability to balance business and technical requirements to create effective project plans.
• Proven project management skills, with direct responsibility for overseeing project teams of over 75 individuals, managing budgets and schedules.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate difficult conversations effectively.
• Established track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget, managing a budget of at least $15 million.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally based on customer needs.
• Experience managing large-scale transformation projects with US Federal clients.
• Ability to quickly establish senior-level credibility with customers in a genuine partnership.
• Proficiency in leading large and/or enterprise-wide projects, facilitating meetings, creating action plans, mentoring junior team members, and managing client escalations.
• Skill in leading high-powered client workshops and tailoring communications based on audience and subject matter.
• Salesforce.com Certifications are strongly preferred.
• Salesforce Agentblazer Innovator certification is preferred.

• Must obtain and maintain the required level of U.S. Government security clearance for this position.
