This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Assist in the development and implementation of ongoing Sales education and readiness initiatives for field sellers, leaders, and specialized Sales positions.
• Maintain engagement calendars, trackers, participation lists, and planning documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales leaders and field teams to clarify roles, timelines, and responsibilities for each engagement.
• Support pre- and post-engagement tasks, such as sending invitations, arranging meeting logistics, conducting surveys, managing follow-up communications, and tracking action items.
• Participate in planning meetings and provide updates on progress.
• Manage regional dealer engagement materials, including presentations, agendas, invitations, talking points, and supporting resources.
• Develop dealer-facing communications and "Know Before You Go" materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Brand teams to ensure materials are accurate and aligned with the target audience.
• Coordinate recognition, celebration, and social media opportunities related to dealer engagements.
• Research industry associations, trade shows, auctions, and other dealer engagement opportunities.
• Keep track of key dates and suggest relevant opportunities for Sales participation.
• Organize event support, including kickoff meetings, promotional materials, signage, and other engagement requirements.
• Act as a liaison between Dealer Engagement, Sales, Marketing, Events, and other internal partners.
• Address dealer and Sales inquiries.
• Collect feedback and identify areas for enhancing dealer engagement planning, execution, and follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and legal regulations.
• Execute all other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Background in event coordination, communications, logistics, customer engagement, or a similar field.
• Excellent communication, organizational, attention to detail, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and common collaboration tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to 50% as required by business needs.
• Preferably experienced in supporting Sales, dealer, customer, or industry engagement activities.
• Experience in the automotive, financial services, events, or related industries is preferred.
• Background in managing promotional materials, events, or field communications is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools is preferred.
• Degrees must be obtained from institutions of Higher Education accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent.
