This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete quote-to-cash process, from deal structuring to the handoff of booking and billing.
• Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) and Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) from the early stages through to signature, structuring multi-year agreements, ramps, co-terms, early renewals, and partner/channel deals.
• Manage list pricing, packaging, bundles, and SKU structure, collaborating with Product on packaging for new capabilities and modeling revenue and margin impacts prior to implementation.
• Design and optimize the approval matrix and discount guidelines using win-rate and discount-leakage analytics.
• Directly configure pricing adjustments in the quoting tool, including price books, product rules, and quote templates.
• Examine non-standard terms with Legal and Finance, evaluating the ASC 606 revenue recognition implications of each deal structure.
• Validate and record new, expansion, renewal, amendment, and reseller orders in Salesforce, encompassing co-terms, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, credit/rebills, and deal registration alignment.
• Uphold booking policies and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance on billing schedules, ensuring invoice accuracy, resolving disputes, and managing entity-specific paperwork, currency, and taxes.
• Provide reports on discount trends, deal velocity, pricing realization, and booking accuracy.
• Drive initiatives that reduce the quote-to-close and signature-to-invoice cycles while eliminating manual month-end cleanup.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS firm focused on multi-year enterprise contracts.
• Hands-on experience with CPQ configuration (Salesforce CPQ or similar) is essential, including management of price books, product rules, and quote templates.
• Familiarity with ASC 606 and the flow of ramps, co-terms, and credits into ARR and revenue schedules.
• Experience in processing reseller and distributor orders while managing deals across various legal entities and currencies.
• Proven capability to develop pricing and discount governance from data and to gain buy-in from sales leadership.
• Experience in establishing Deal Desk processes from the ground up at a high-growth, venture-backed organization.
