This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Process and verify standard deal requests, which include quoting, pricing configuration, and preparing order forms.
• Examine deal submissions for completeness, compliance with policies, and routing requirements.
• Assist senior analysts with complex deal packages by gathering data, preparing documents, and updating Salesforce/CPQ.
• Act as the initial point of contact for Sales inquiries regarding quote creation, pricing, product configuration, and quote status updates.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of deal records and documentation within CRM and CPQ systems.
• Submit, monitor, and manage Jira tickets with EA.
• Support contract and order form administration, including version tracking, template management, and coordination of execution.
• Produce regular deal desk reports and dashboards to monitor queue volume, turnaround times, and pending approvals.
• Implement deal desk policies, discount governance frameworks, and approval matrices.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives and document standard operating procedures.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in deal desk, sales operations, support, or a business operations role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with Sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn SaaS commercial concepts, including pricing, deal structures, and contract fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or comparable work experience.
• Familiarity with SaaS or FinTech environments is advantageous.
• Experience with complex Product and Pricing structures is beneficial.
• Understanding of quote-to-cash processes.
• Background in supporting Sales Organizations, Operations, Revenue Accounting, or Invoicing.
• Competence in intermediate Excel, GSuite, and SFDC skills, including data and file management.
• Must be eligible for full-time employment in the US.
