Deal Billing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the queue of deals prepared for billing utilizing the Digital Deal Checklist.

• Evaluate deal documents to ensure compliance with AutoNation policy requirements.

• Assess deal documents for adherence to Revenue Recognition standards.

• Examine deal documents to confirm compliance with titling regulations.

• Scrutinize rebate and incentive forms to ensure program conformity.

• Return deals to stores when documentation is either unacceptable or incomplete.

• Identify and submit deals for further processing.

• Confirm that deals have been properly posted to accounting in CDK.

• Fulfill tasks within established daily Service Level Agreements, payroll cut-off times, and month-end deadlines.

• Maintain prompt communication with managers, supervisors, and leads to address and resolve issues.

• Familiarity with specific requirements for all relevant states, municipalities, and brands.

• Proficient in reviewing deal documents for compliance with AutoNation policy, revenue recognition, titling, rebate, and incentive guidelines.

• Competence in verifying received funds, lender approvals, and vehicle deliveries.

• Capability to meet daily Service Level Agreements along with critical payroll cut-off and month-end deadlines.

• Ability to achieve daily and monthly productivity targets.

• Skill in communicating effectively with managers, supervisors, leads, stores, and customers.
