Billing Technician III – Corporate Benefits

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive billing analyses to identify and rectify discrepancies.

• Execute intricate customized cost allocations and verify calculations.

• Oversee the submission and evaluation of files in collaboration with clients and insurance carriers.

• Supervise copay waiver processes, ensuring proper traceability.

• Input and validate system transactions while maintaining data integrity across platforms such as Qbem and Quiver Pro.

• Safeguard the integrity of client system data.

• Contribute to monitoring productivity and quality metrics.

• Generate customized payroll files in accordance with client specifications.

• Engage with clients and insurance carriers to resolve issues.

• Assist management in the execution of improvements and automation initiatives.

• Manage billing extensions.

• Negotiate claims and requests with insurance carriers when necessary.

• Mentor and train Analysts I and II.

• Ensure adherence to established SLAs and quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Background in billing, reconciliation, or complex financial operations.

• Proficient in advanced Excel, including data processing, pivot tables, and complex formulas.

• Strong understanding of billing and reconciliation systems.

• Possess logical reasoning and an analytical mindset.

• Capability to prioritize tasks and perform under tight deadlines.
