This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.
• Collect payments on designated delinquent accounts
• Review documentation related to accounts
• Reach out to customers/clients via telephone and/or written communication
• Set up repayment plans
• Reduce losses for the organization
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Two to three years of experience in a collections call center
• Strong understanding of loan collection policies and procedures, fair debt collection practices, and relevant laws
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Capability to identify and resolve issues while organizing and interpreting information
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working from home is preferred
• Ability to adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as workplace conduct and safety guidelines
