This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.
• Manage the collection of payments for assigned overdue accounts.
• Analyze account documentation thoroughly.
• Reach out to customers/clients through phone calls and/or written communication.
• Establish repayment plans to minimize losses for the organization.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Two to three years of experience in a collections call center environment.
• Strong understanding of loan collection policies and procedures, fair debt collection practices, and relevant laws.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Capacity to identify and resolve discrepancies and to organize and interpret data.
• Proficient verbal and written communication abilities.
• Work-from-home experience is preferred.
• Must adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and applicable workplace conduct and safety regulations.
• Compliance with relevant employment eligibility verification requirements is necessary.
