This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Perform time studies, zero-base analysis, rate analysis, network analysis, statistical analysis, flow path analysis, and various related supply chain analyses.

• Discover opportunities for logistics process enhancements through competitive analysis and critical thinking.

• Assist in or lead cross-functional strategic or process improvement initiatives.

• Engage with senior operational leaders and stakeholders to coordinate implementation plans and define success metrics.

• Create reports and execute ad hoc queries.

• Identify, adjust, and create standard operating procedures to optimize operational processes and training opportunities.

• Aid in the implementation of completed Kaizen events and ensure process changes align with local leadership.

• Offer recommendations for effective transitions.

• Spearhead process improvement projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

• Provide support for facility and capacity planning in distribution and transportation functions within Logistics.

• Report to the Senior Manager, Logistics; this role does not have direct reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years old.

• Must possess the legal right to work in the United States.

• Minimum educational requirement: a bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in a related field.

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, and AutoCAD.

• Experience in conducting time studies and formulating engineered performance standards.

• Must be capable of fulfilling the specified physical requirements, including sitting or standing, stooping, and moving/lifting light materials or equipment.

• No prior leadership experience or certifications are needed.
