Dayforce Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Assist clients with the implementation of Dayforce software

• Conduct project planning and analysis

• Oversee project management

• Document configuration requirements

• Implement Dayforce WFM

• Configure Dayforce based on specifications

• Lead user acceptance testing sessions

• Coordinate deployment activities

• Provide training on the product

• Contribute to the HRchitect Tech Trends Blog

• Engage with customers to build strong relationships

• Seek opportunities within the team to broaden experience

• Ensure accuracy in configuration

• Maintain responsiveness to both teammates and customers

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience with Dayforce

• Experience in payroll

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Comfortable presenting and speaking during video calls

• Capability to work independently

• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team

• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills

• Ability to work remotely from a home office in North America

• Consulting experience is a plus

• Certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or PMP are advantageous

• Solid understanding of Dayforce modules
