Dayforce Configuration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and technically set up Dayforce across Core HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management modules.

• Execute an established program of work packages.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and confirm work package requirements.

• Convert business needs into precise functional and technical specifications.

• Examine and resolve current system issues.

• Determine root causes and implement long-term configuration enhancements.

• Improve system performance and minimize recurrent support requests.

• Foster relationships with HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and various business stakeholders.

• Align delivery priorities and provide updates throughout each phase of the change lifecycle.

• Demonstrated hands-on configuration expertise in Dayforce, covering Core HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management.

• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.

• Capacity to swiftly grasp complex system behaviors and pinpoint effective solutions.

• Experience in converting business requirements into actionable technical results.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Confidence in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Results-oriented approach.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive tasks to completion.
