Database Operator, Norwegian Speaker – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee and refresh product reference databases tailored for the Norwegian market, ensuring exceptional data accuracy and quality standards.

• Categorize, standardize, and structure product information in line with company protocols, hierarchies, and business regulations.

• Recognize and implement necessary updates, corrections, and enhancements to existing reference files.

• Work collaboratively with local teams and stakeholders to verify data, address discrepancies, and enrich database content.

• Investigate and resolve routine data challenges and exceptions promptly.

• Conduct regular quality assessments and apply corrective measures as needed.

• Keep comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and data management activities.

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing data quality and operational effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Norwegian and possess a good command of English, both written and verbal.

• Prior experience in data entry, database upkeep, data management, or a comparable administrative position is highly regarded.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong dedication to producing high-quality work.

• Outstanding organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

• Professional communication skills, both through email and over the phone.

• A proactive approach complemented by strong problem-solving skills.

• Experience in an international or multinational setting is advantageous.

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
