Database Operator, Danish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Maintain and refresh product reference databases for the Danish market, ensuring exceptional data accuracy and quality.

• Classify, standardize, and organize data in accordance with established business rules and guidelines.

• Execute data validation, cleansing, and quality control tasks.

• Analyze and manipulate extensive datasets utilizing advanced Excel functions.

• Identify inconsistencies and implement corrective measures to uphold data integrity.

• Collaborate with local stakeholders and international teams to verify and enhance database content.

• Generate data reports and assist with ad hoc analysis requests.

• Investigate and promptly resolve routine data issues.

• Document processes, procedures, and data management tasks.

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing data quality and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Danish and possess a good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Skills in the Icelandic language are highly regarded.

• Previous experience in data entry, database management, reporting, administration, or a related analytical role.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation, conditional formatting, and data analysis.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Professional communication skills and the capability to work with international stakeholders.

• Experience in a multinational environment is considered advantageous.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
