Data Workstream Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead the data and integration workstream throughout global ERP deployment phases.

• Take ownership of data readiness and migration procedures, covering planning, validation, and go-live support.

• Establish and uphold data governance standards, ensuring data quality and harmonization across various regions.

• Coordinate the integration strategy to guarantee seamless data exchange between the ERP and associated systems.

• Collaborate with business units, IT, and external partners to facilitate successful deployment and stabilization.

• Act as the intermediary between business functions, regional teams, IT, ERP delivery teams, and external partners.

• Drive high-quality data migration efforts and ensure smooth system integrations.

• Reduce deployment risks and support business continuity.

• Oversee the ERP integration strategy and align data flows with business and technical architecture standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in ERP data migration, data governance, or master data management (preferably 7+ years).

• Experience with large-scale ERP implementations in international or multi-site settings.

• Familiarity with data integration concepts, including APIs, middleware, and ETL.

• Understanding of ERP data structures.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional data activities.

• Effective communication with stakeholders.

• Proficiency in English.

• Comfort in a global work environment with international collaboration.

• Willingness to travel 11%-30%.
