This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
β’ Ensure the cleanliness of HubSpot data by eliminating duplicate contacts and companies, rectifying lifecycle-stage inconsistencies, and ensuring all required fields are filled.
β’ Facilitate pipeline reporting by extracting precise stage and status information directly from HubSpot.
β’ Assist in the maintenance of basic CRM workflows and automation, such as lead routing rules and notification workflows, under supervision.
β’ Aid in the setup and upkeep of SharpSpring, which includes list segmentation, tagging, and conducting basic workflow checks.
β’ Create and categorize lists for email and CRM campaigns based on specified criteria.
β’ Recognize and report any broken integrations, synchronization errors, data inconsistencies, or unclear CRM configurations.
β’ Record recurring data entry or process-related issues.
β’ Daily track time and tasks using Teamwork.
β’ Availability for part-time work in alignment with EST.
β’ Proficient in English (C1+ level).
β’ Practical experience with HubSpot, encompassing contacts, companies, deals, lifecycle stages, basic workflows, and pipeline information.
β’ Knowledge of a marketing CRM or email service provider such as SharpSpring, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to keep CRM records and data accurate.
β’ Capability to adhere to documented procedures and established protocols.
β’ Basic comprehension of sales and marketing lifecycle stages, including MQL, SQL, and Opportunity.
β’ Skill in identifying data discrepancies or system issues and the ability to escalate them instead of making unauthorized modifications.
