Data Services Reports & Insights Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot reports within Cloudbeds' PMS reporting suite.

• Actively investigate and resolve data discrepancies.

• Assist hoteliers in understanding ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and channel performance metrics.

• Transform raw operational and financial data into understandable, actionable insights.

• Address customer inquiries related to reporting through calls and emails.

• Collaborate with Product, Onboarding, Support, and Customer Success teams to enhance customer access to and interpretation of reporting data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Direct experience with Hotel Property Management Systems, channel managers, and similar platforms.

• A successful history in onboarding, implementation, or Tier 2/3 technical support, with a natural aptitude for teaching and guiding users.

• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, complex formulas, and data cleaning.

• Strong knowledge of fundamental data management principles, data mapping, parsing, and root-cause error analysis.

• Exceptional accuracy when managing sensitive historical, financial, and guest records.

• Highly proficient with cloud-based workflows.

• Reliable, high-speed internet connection for video coaching sessions.

• Currently authorized to work in the location of the position without the need for visa sponsorship.

• Professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

• Previous experience with business intelligence dashboards or advanced financial reporting structures is desirable.
