This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of analyzing how users discover, adopt, and retain ElevenLabs products.
• Define and manage product health metrics, including activation, feature adoption, retention, and engagement.
• Design, analyze, and communicate findings from product experiments, such as A/B tests, feature launches, and onboarding modifications.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering on the certified product KPI layer using dbt.
• Work closely with Product to transform vague inquiries into reliable analysis.
• Collaborate with Growth data scientists on marketing and revenue-related questions that impact the product funnel.
• Proven experience as a data scientist integrated within a product or growth team, preferably at a product-led organization.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Practical experience with experimentation (A/B testing) and product analytics.
• Capability to convert vague product inquiries into clear, reusable analyses and defensible metrics.
• Comfort in engaging directly with Product and Growth stakeholders, including the ability to challenge poorly defined requests.
• Structured thinking with the ability to act swiftly without compromising rigor.
• Experience in activation/retention modeling or lifecycle analytics for consumer or prosumer products is advantageous.
• Familiarity with dbt or a modern data warehouse and direct collaboration with analytics engineers is a plus.
• Experience utilizing AI tools or agents to expedite analysis or facilitate self-service data access is a bonus.
