This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Gather, clean, transform, and analyze both structured and unstructured data from various sources.
• Create predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to address business challenges.
• Construct, validate, and implement machine learning models in live production settings.
• Examine customer behavior, business performance, operational efficiency, and market trends.
• Work in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Business Intelligence, Marketing, and Executive teams to convert business challenges into analytical solutions.
• Design and sustain data pipelines, processes for feature engineering, and frameworks for model monitoring.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visual representations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Execute A/B testing, hypothesis testing, forecasting, and statistical modeling.
• Enhance data quality, model performance, and automation processes.
• Keep abreast of new AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science technologies and best practices.
• Provide support to U.S.-based organizations in Technology, SaaS, Healthcare, Finance, Retail, Manufacturing, and Biotechnology sectors.
• Complete a One-Way Video Interview as the subsequent step in the hiring process.
• A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of experience in roles related to Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, Data Scientist, or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Strong expertise in Python and SQL.
• Proven experience in building, validating, and deploying machine learning and predictive analytics models.
• Solid understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, data analysis, hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and statistical modeling.
• Familiarity with large datasets, data cleaning, feature engineering, and data visualization techniques.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for data visualization and executive reporting.
• Experience utilizing machine learning libraries including Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, or LightGBM.
• Ability to communicate technical insights to business stakeholders effectively.
• Professional proficiency in English (B2+/C1 preferred; B2+ as stated in requirements).
