This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Gather, cleanse, transform, and analyze both structured and unstructured data from various sources.
• Create predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and conduct statistical analyses to address business challenges.
• Construct, validate, and deploy machine learning models for use in production environments.
• Examine customer behavior, business performance, operational efficiency, and market dynamics.
• Work alongside Product, Engineering, Business Intelligence, Marketing, and Executive teams to convert business issues into analytical solutions.
• Design and manage data pipelines, feature engineering processes, and frameworks for model monitoring.
• Produce dashboards, reports, and visualizations to convey intricate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Perform A/B testing, hypothesis testing, forecasting, and statistical modeling.
• Enhance data quality, model performance, and automation processes.
• Remain updated on emerging technologies and best practices in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
• Assist U.S.-based organizations across various industries by converting complex data into actionable insights and data-driven strategies.
• A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
• Strong command of Python and SQL.
• Proven experience in building, validating, and deploying machine learning models.
• Solid understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, and data analysis.
• Experience in handling large datasets and utilizing cloud-based data platforms.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical findings to business stakeholders.
• Proficient in English (B2+/C1 preferred; B2+ is a requirement).
• Capability to work autonomously in a remote, multicultural setting.
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, or LightGBM.
• Experience with data cleaning, feature engineering, and data visualization.
• Proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for data visualization and executive reporting.
