This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Gather, cleanse, transform, and analyze both structured and unstructured data from various sources.
• Create predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and conduct statistical analyses to address business challenges.
• Construct, validate, and implement machine learning models for production settings.
• Examine customer behavior, business performance, operational efficiency, and market trends.
• Work alongside Product, Engineering, Business Intelligence, Marketing, and Executive teams to convert business issues into analytical solutions.
• Design and oversee data pipelines, feature engineering processes, and frameworks for model monitoring.
• Generate dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Execute A/B testing, hypothesis testing, forecasting, and statistical modeling.
• Enhance data quality, model efficiency, and automation processes.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
• Provide support to U.S.-based organizations across sectors including Technology, SaaS, Healthcare, Finance, Retail, Manufacturing, and Biotechnology.
• Complete a One-Way Video Interview as the subsequent step in the hiring process.
• A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
• Strong expertise in Python and SQL.
• Proven experience in building, validating, and deploying machine learning models.
• In-depth understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with managing large datasets and cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience in articulating technical insights to business stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and critical reasoning abilities.
• Proficient in professional English (B2+/C1 preferred; B2+ listed in resume requirements).
• Capability to work independently in a remote, multicultural setting.
• Proficiency with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, or LightGBM.
• Experience in data cleaning, feature engineering, and data visualization.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for data visualization and executive reporting.
