This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Gather, clean, transform, and analyze both structured and unstructured data from various sources.
• Create predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to address business challenges.
• Construct, validate, and implement machine learning models in production settings.
• Examine customer behavior, business performance, operational efficiency, and market trends.
• Collaborate with teams across Product, Engineering, Business Intelligence, Marketing, and Executive levels.
• Convert business challenges into analytical solutions and data-driven strategies.
• Design and maintain data pipelines, feature engineering processes, and monitoring frameworks for models.
• Generate dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Perform A/B testing, hypothesis testing, forecasting, and statistical modeling.
• Enhance data quality, model performance, and automation workflows.
• Keep abreast of the latest technologies and best practices in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
• Provide support to U.S.-based organizations within the Technology, SaaS, Healthcare, Finance, Retail, Manufacturing, and Biotechnology sectors.
• A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, Data Scientist, or Machine Learning Engineer positions.
• Strong command of Python and SQL.
• Proven experience in building, validating, and deploying machine learning and predictive analytics models.
• Thorough understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, data analysis, hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and statistical modeling.
• Familiarity with large datasets, data cleaning, feature engineering, and data visualization techniques.
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for data visualization and executive reporting.
• Capability to communicate technical insights effectively to business stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English (B2+; B2+/C1 preferred).
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, multicultural environment.
