Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Become a member of the central Data Science & Analytics team while integrating into a key business sector: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.

• Manage the analytical function for the designated business unit from start to finish.

• Identify business challenges, analytical inquiries, and decisions that need to be addressed.

• Establish metrics, create reports, conduct analyses, design experiments, and extract insights.

• Provide recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations teams.

• Clarify what is occurring, why it is occurring, and suggest subsequent actions.

• Drive decision-making and ensure the implementation of initiatives.

• Assist Jerry.ai in scaling from 5 million to 50 million customers, aiming to achieve a valuation of $10 billion.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a high-growth tech company.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Proficiency in independently extracting, structuring, and interpreting data.

• Proven history of tackling ambiguous issues and delivering impactful solutions.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to sway decision-making at the leadership level.

• Analytical expertise in SQL or Python.

• Must currently reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.
