📋 Description

• Integrate within a key business sector: growth marketing, product innovation, AI and automation, or strategic alliances

• Manage the analytical function for the designated business unit from start to finish

• Identify business queries and the decisions they should guide

• Question flawed inquiries prior to commencing analysis

• Establish metrics and create reports

• Extract, organize, and analyze data

• Conduct analyses and develop experiments

• Highlight insights that enhance essential team metrics

• Deliver recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations teams

• Clarify what is occurring, the reasons behind it, and suggest actionable next steps

• Propel decisions and ensure execution leads to results

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a rapidly growing technology company

• Strong analytical capabilities

• Ability to independently extract, organize, and analyze data

• Proven history of addressing ambiguous challenges and creating impact

• Effective and convincing communication skills with the ability to sway leadership-level decisions

• Proficient in analytics tools such as SQL or Python

• Current residency in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada is required

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada
