Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Enhance machine learning models to adaptively modify rates across all markets.

• Optimize fleet repositioning algorithms to increase overall rental volume.

• Transition ML models from initial research and development to production monitoring.

• Create scalable data pipelines to facilitate A/B testing and evaluate algorithm effectiveness.

• Establish clear KPIs and develop dependable dashboards for real-time marketplace visibility.

• Shape product strategy and influence essential business decisions.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary and international teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or equivalent).

• Over 3 years of practical data science experience addressing real-world business issues.

• Proficient in Python, including the ability to write production-level code.

• Experience with operational ML systems is a significant advantage.

• Strong SQL skills (Databricks or equivalent).

• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau or equivalent).

• Excellent statistical and analytical abilities.

• Proficient in English.

• Demonstrated capability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
