πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Analyze and model trends in Incidents, Problems, and Changes to uncover opportunities for enhancing services.

β€’ Conduct and interpret data studies and experiments that involve new data sources or innovative applications of existing data sources.

β€’ Utilize Splunk dashboards, alerts, and search queries to detect, investigate, and resolve operational issues in real-time.

β€’ Employ AWS CloudWatch, Google Cloud Operations, and Azure Monitor to pinpoint and rectify performance deficiencies.

β€’ Create analytics by applying data mining, statistical methods, forecasting, and modeling techniques.

β€’ Develop prototypes, proof of concepts, algorithms, predictive models, and tailored analyses.

β€’ Enhance data quality, search accuracy, and predictive capabilities.

β€’ Identify suitable tools for data analysis, including third-party solutions.

β€’ Use AI and machine learning to enhance automation through data output, aggregation, analytics, algorithms, orchestration, and visualization.

β€’ Offer guidance and technical support to executives, contractors, and staff in various functional areas.

β€’ Recognize performance degradation, anomalies, and systemic issues within large enterprise systems through data-driven analysis.

β€’ Examine API call patterns, response times, and latency trends to troubleshoot integration and performance concerns.

β€’ Collaboratively propose and document actionable solutions and remediation strategies with application, infrastructure, and network teams.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

β€’ 8+ years of relevant IT experience.

β€’ Practical experience with AI and cloud platforms.

β€’ Advanced expertise in Splunk.

β€’ Strong understanding of network technologies and their influence on API performance and latency.

β€’ Exceptional analytical and communication skills.

β€’ Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

β€’ Must be a US Citizen or possess permanent residency status (Green Card).

β€’ Must have resided in the United States for the last 5 years.

β€’ Cannot have traveled outside the United States for more than 6 months in the past 5 years; military service is excluded.
