This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Take charge of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Power BI data solutions
• Spot opportunities to utilize data products for value creation and enhanced decision-making
• Collect, prioritize, and refine stakeholder requirements into practical user stories
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements that meet quality standards
• Serve as a liaison among business units, technical teams, and vendors
• Track product performance, user engagement, and feedback
• Develop and keep up-to-date product documentation, standard operating procedures, training materials, and data governance documentation
• Work together with MS Dynamics and database management teams
• Propel iterative improvements through Scrum and Agile practices
• Maintain Jira and Confluence tools for monitoring execution and tracking programs
• Analyze data to enhance performance, communication, and overall program outcomes
• Coordinate dependencies across teams and ensure system-level alignment
• Identify change impacts and create change management strategies
• Remain updated on trends and best practices related to Power BI, Fabric, data, and analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline with 8 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree with 5 years of experience
• Proven experience in Product Ownership of a digital application, ideally in data analytics and visualization
• In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence platforms
• Experience in working with or managing data visualizations
• Capability to lead requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders and end users
• Proficient in crafting effective user stories for developers
• Strong analytical skills for user data, market research, and performance metrics
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Experience with MS Dynamics and/or Power BI / Fabric is preferred
• Coding proficiency in SQL and DAX is preferred
• SAFe or Agile certifications are a plus
• Familiarity with Agile roles is preferred
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and Figma is preferred
