This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Evaluate and confirm the accuracy and completeness of financial and project documentation.
• Ensure consistency among vendor invoices, inspector reports, dispatch logs, and billing records.
• Confirm that all billable work and its supporting documentation are correctly recorded.
• Assess time and cost allocations across various job sites for precision.
• Detect discrepancies in invoices, reports, and logs, and document the findings.
• Maintain well-organized, audit-ready documentation and records.
• Conduct reconciliation checks across systems and associated data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address issues and guarantee data accuracy.
• Assist with AR initiatives by validating the accuracy of invoices and aiding in collections documentation.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting support, billing, accounts payable/accounts receivable, or project coordination.
• Familiarity with financial documents such as invoices, contracts, and reconciliations.
• Experience with structured logs, templates, or tracking systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data review, reconciliation, and basic formula usage.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capability to identify discrepancies across multiple data sources.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented tasks.
• Effective communication skills and ability to document issues clearly.
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
