Data Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Participate in the comprehensive architecture and design of cloud data platform components, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to convert requirements into user stories and design solutions.

• Create reusable components for data ingestion, transformation, and distribution.

• Develop and manage infrastructure utilizing Terraform and other infrastructure-as-code tools.

• Collaborate with architecture, security, data governance, and other stakeholders to enhance regulatory compliance and platform reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in platform engineering, data engineering, or a related domain.

• Strong expertise in Snowflake and a solid understanding of data engineering principles.

• Proficiency in Terraform, dbt, and Airflow.

• Competent in Python and/or Java.

• Familiarity with SDLC tools such as Git, JIRA, Artifactory, and GitHub.

• Fluent in English.
