Data & Platform Analyst – Real Estate Portfolio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assist in maintaining the stability, integrity, and ongoing enhancement of the RDC data platform and master datasets.

• Oversee the Portfolio Master Database as the definitive source for portfolio data.

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across reporting outputs.

• Collaborate with regional teams and data stewards to validate and uphold high-quality data inputs.

• Integrate and consolidate data from lease administration, finance, facilities management tools, spreadsheets, and external data sources.

• Design and manage data transformations and mappings.

• Aid in the development of data pipelines and automated data flows into the central platform.

• Identify and address discrepancies across various systems.

• Work alongside technical teams to enhance system connectivity and data interoperability.

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and visualizations.

• Convert business requirements into automated, user-friendly reporting solutions.

• Support executive and operational reporting cycles with dependable data insights.

• Provide insights into portfolio performance, risks, and trends.

• Contribute to the establishment of data standards, definitions, reporting frameworks, ownership, and validation processes.

• Enhance data collection, validation, and reporting workflows.

• Assist in cross-functional initiatives related to finance, delivery, and sustainability.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data platform roles.

• Advanced skills in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design.

• Significant experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.

• Capability to integrate and reconcile data across various systems and platforms.

• Familiarity with data pipelines and data transformation techniques.

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data manipulation tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Competency in translating data into actionable business insights.

• Experience supporting real estate portfolios, facilities operations, or infrastructure environments is preferred.

• Background in working with multiple enterprise systems and integrating cross-functional data sources is preferred.

• Understanding of data governance and data quality management practices is preferred.

• Experience in global, multi-regional operational environments is preferred.
