📋 Description

• Offer specialized assistance to clients regarding location data using proprietary tools.

• Execute data manipulation tasks and address discrepancies in accordance with established guidelines and best practices.

• Provide customer-facing services aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

• Conduct audits on listing data to uphold accuracy and quality standards.

• Ensure prompt completion of deliverables, adhering to agreed SLAs and personal goals.

• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to facilitate seamless client support.

• 1–2 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a similar field.

• Detail-oriented with a strong passion for data accuracy and client success.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to follow detailed processes.

• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in data manipulation and audit processes is advantageous.

• Strong command of English, encompassing written, spoken, and reading skills.

• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets is beneficial.

• Proficiency in AI utilization is considered a significant advantage.
