This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand, +1 more country.
β’ Gather, verify, and manage data from both internal and external sources to facilitate feasibility and operational tasks.
β’ Analyze data from clinical trials, sites, investigators, and operations to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
β’ Create and sustain standard reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to aid stakeholder decision-making.
β’ Assist in feasibility assessments by providing data summaries, analyses, and insights regarding study requirements, site performance, recruitment trends, and therapeutic areas.
β’ Work in collaboration with Operational Strategy, Clinical Operations, Business Development, and other stakeholders to comprehend data requirements and deliver timely analyses.
β’ Conduct data quality reviews and address inconsistencies and gaps in data.
β’ Enhance processes for data collection, reporting, and analysis.
β’ Aid in the evaluation and integration of new data sources, tools, and technologies.
β’ Maintain documentation for data sources, methodologies, reporting processes, and best practices.
β’ Design and revise reporting templates and analytical tools.
β’ Provide ad hoc analyses and reports aligned with departmental and organizational priorities.
β’ Track operational and feasibility metrics and share findings with stakeholders.
β’ Support initiatives for process improvement by utilizing data to identify efficiencies and operational enhancements.
β’ Ensure adherence to relevant quality standards, policies, and data governance requirements.
β’ Carry out other duties and special projects as assigned.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Data Analytics, Health Sciences, Business, Statistics, Public Health, or a related field is required.
β’ A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
β’ Significant experience in clinical research, feasibility studies, clinical operations, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
β’ Familiarity with clinical trial, investigator, site, operational, or healthcare-related datasets.
β’ Proven experience in analyzing and interpreting complex data from various sources.
β’ Experience in developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
β’ Background in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related environment is preferred.
β’ Experience in supporting feasibility assessments, site selection activities, clinical operations, or operational planning is preferred.
β’ Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global setting.
β’ Knowledge of clinical development processes and the conduct of clinical trials is advantageous.
β’ Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, or similar platforms is preferred.
