This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand, +1 more country.
• Gather, verify, and manage data from both internal and external sources to facilitate feasibility and operational tasks.
• Analyze clinical trial, site, investigator, and operational data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create and uphold standard reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to aid stakeholder decision-making.
• Assist in feasibility evaluations through data summaries, analyses, and insights pertaining to study needs, site performance, recruitment trends, and therapeutic areas.
• Work closely with Operational Strategy, Clinical Operations, Business Development, and other functional stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver timely analyses.
• Conduct data quality reviews and address data inconsistencies and gaps.
• Propose enhancements to data collection, reporting, and analytical processes.
• Aid in the assessment and integration of new data sources, tools, and technologies.
• Maintain documentation regarding data sources, methodologies, reporting processes, and best practices.
• Develop and refresh reporting templates and analytical tools.
• Provide ad hoc analyses and reports aligned with departmental and organizational priorities.
• Track operational and feasibility metrics and relay findings to stakeholders.
• Support process improvement initiatives by utilizing data to identify efficiencies and operational enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, policies, and data governance requirements.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
• A bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Data Analytics, Health Sciences, Business, Statistics, Public Health, or a related field is required.
• A master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Significant experience in clinical research, feasibility, clinical operations, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience with clinical trial, investigator, site, operational, or healthcare-related datasets.
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data from various sources.
• Experience in creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
• Background in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or similar environment is preferred.
• Experience in supporting feasibility assessments, site selection activities, clinical operations, or operational planning is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global setting.
• Familiarity with clinical development processes and clinical trial conduct is desirable.
• Proficient in business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, or similar platforms is preferred.
