This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand, +1 more country.
• Gather, validate, and sustain data from both internal and external sources to facilitate feasibility and operational activities.
• Analyze clinical trial, investigator, site, and operational data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create and uphold standard reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to aid stakeholder decision-making.
• Assist in feasibility evaluations with data summaries, analyses, and insights regarding study requirements, site performance, recruitment trends, and therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate with Operational Strategy, Clinical Operations, Business Development, and other functional stakeholders to grasp data requirements and deliver prompt analyses.
• Conduct data quality reviews and address data inconsistencies and gaps.
• Enhance data collection, reporting, and analytical processes.
• Aid in the evaluation and integration of new data sources, tools, and technologies.
• Maintain documentation related to data sources, methodologies, reporting processes, and best practices.
• Design and refresh reporting templates and analytical tools.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses and reports aligned with departmental and organizational priorities.
• Track operational and feasibility metrics and relay findings to stakeholders.
• Support initiatives for process improvement by using data to identify efficiencies and operational enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, policies, and data governance requirements.
• Undertake additional duties and special projects as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Data Analytics, Health Sciences, Business, Statistics, Public Health, or a related field is required.
• Significant experience in clinical research, feasibility, clinical operations, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Familiarity with clinical trial, investigator, site, operational, or healthcare-related datasets.
• Proven experience in analyzing and interpreting complex data from diverse sources.
• Background in developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a global setting.
• A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or similar environment is preferred.
• Background in supporting feasibility assessments, site selection activities, clinical operations, or operational planning is preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical development processes and the conduct of clinical trials is desirable.
• Proficiency in business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, or comparable platforms is preferred.
