This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Assist with FAA implementation initiatives through data integration, analysis of schedules and inventory, and reporting at the site level.
• Oversee intricate data processes, aiding schedulers and implementation teams in tracking progress, resolving discrepancies, and identifying potential risks.
• Integrate and reconcile extensive datasets related to scheduling, sites, inventory, procurement, installation, and operations from various sources.
• Create and enhance repeatable data workflows utilizing pivots, aggregation, transformations, joins, refreshes, and validation checks.
• Map records of site installations and implementations to FAA scheduling system identifiers, ensuring validation of links across source systems.
• Evaluate equipment inventory, availability, and procurement status in relation to installation requirements.
• Conduct audits of site-level data across Program Offices and implementation teams.
• Assist schedulers by preparing and validating updates to schedules and analyzing milestones, dependencies, variances, and risks associated with implementation.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, reports, and presentation materials.
• Communicate updates on implementation progress, inventory requirements, data quality concerns, risks, and recommendations.
• Document data sources, definitions, mapping rules, assumptions, transformations, validation methods, and any unresolved discrepancies.
• Collaborate with schedulers, engineers, implementation teams, Program Offices, PIMs, and other stakeholders to address issues.
• Address time-sensitive requests from stakeholders while maintaining ongoing data processes and reporting on implementation.
• 5-7+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, data integration, inventory analysis, program controls, and/or implementation tracking.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a legal resident for three out of the past five years.
• Must fulfill eligibility criteria for a U.S. Public Trust security clearance, which includes a soft credit check and criminal background check.
• Proven ability to work independently with large, complex datasets using tools such as Power Query, Tableau Prep, SQL, Python, or similar.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including proficiency in complex formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, reconciliation, and structured data management.
• Experience in creating repeatable data workflows that include refreshes, validation checks, error handling, and documentation.
• Ability to match records using inconsistent identifiers and varying levels of detail, validate join results, and differentiate data errors from unusual technical or operational conditions.
• Experience in analyzing data related to equipment inventory, procurement, installation, or implementation.
• Familiarity with schedules, milestones, dependencies, variances, risks, and implementation reporting.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and independent problem-solving abilities.
• Must be adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment and be willing to manage multiple programs.
• Occasional travel may be required based on client and/or company needs.
