This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Integrate salary data and job descriptions from various sources into precise and uniform records utilizing Excel and Google Sheets.
• Address discrepancies in job titles and codes across different source documents.
• Align job classifications with the appropriate labor agreements and bargaining units.
• Transform salary figures into annualized amounts using standardized formulas.
• Identify and rectify duplicate records within datasets.
• Implement consistent formatting standards throughout all records.
• Clearly flag data issues rather than making assumptions.
• Utilize internal tools to enhance efficiency and provide feedback on processes.
• Perform light web research to verify or augment job classification details.
• Record data issues, discrepancies, and their resolutions.
• Keep organized records of completed and ongoing data intake tasks.
• Complete the company’s application process, including video introduction, role-specific assessment if applicable, interviews, and background/reference checks.
• Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies in extensive and complex datasets.
• Comfortable engaging in repetitive, high-stakes tasks where precision is prioritized over speed.
• Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUP and conditional formatting.
• Eagerness to learn XLOOKUP and other advanced functionalities.
• Proficient in written English.
• Capable of clearly communicating data issues and conducting light web research.
• Organized and systematic approach to well-structured data tasks.
• Willingness to flag issues early instead of making assumptions.
• Updated resume is required.
• A brief Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) is required.
• Experience with HR data, payroll data, or government classification systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets is advantageous.
• Background in data entry, data reconciliation, or data quality roles is beneficial.
• Experience with labor agreements, bargaining unit classifications, or public sector workforce data is a plus.
• Background in or exposure to public sector, government, or municipal HR environments is advantageous.
