📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert in the integration of financial, acquisition, and operational data into Advana for comprehensive enterprise analytics.

• Collaborate directly with federal stakeholders to interpret requirements, validate data sources, and direct BI reporting solutions.

• Supervise the creation of enterprise dashboards, reconciliations, audit packages, and operational reporting that adhere to DoD/Federal financial management standards.

• Ensure the quality of data, management of metadata, documentation of lineage, and compliance with FMFIA, FFMIA, and DoD FIAR requirements.

• Provide governance oversight for cross-system data ingestion, including processes for mapping, harmonization, and control enforcement.

• Support modernization initiatives through migration planning, readiness assessments, and functional validation of new reporting capabilities.

• Collaborate with technical teams to guarantee the accurate interpretation of functional rules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, accompanied by seven years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation and maintenance.

• Profound functional expertise in Oracle EBS financial modules within a federal setting.

• Proven experience in designing or validating BI and operational reporting derived from Oracle ERP data.

• Familiarity with Advana databases, data layers, and operational reporting workflows.

• Strong foundation in federal data governance, covering standards, stewardship, quality controls, and metadata frameworks.

• Capability to convert intricate financial rules into understandable reporting logic, business rules, and validation processes.

• Knowledge of FIAR, USSGL, GTAS, SFIS, and Funds Control workflows.

• Exceptional communication skills when interacting with federal financial executives, auditors, and analytics developers.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Eligible to obtain an IT-2 background investigation.
