Data Excellence Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assemble and guide a team of full-time employees and outsourced Sales Operations professionals to enhance customer data.

• Collaborate with Go-To-Market leadership to identify data deficiencies and resolve them through established processes, policies, and workflows.

• Employ systems thinking and a mindset of continuous improvement in team-operated mechanisms.

• Create a roadmap aimed at addressing customer data quality challenges.

• Coordinate prioritization efforts with leadership, Data Engineering, and Systems teams.

• Drive the implementation and enablement of systems and tools in partnership with internal systems teams.

• Formulate an outsourcing strategy for ongoing data cleanup efforts.

• Oversee contractors to enhance data quality initiatives, reporting, processes, and analytics.

• Establish and assess success metrics.

• Develop dashboards that monitor progress against established metrics.

• Relay progress updates to Stripe leadership and leverage their support to influence and overcome obstacles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, strategy, and operations within a high-tech growth environment, or equivalent operational experience in management consulting.

• Proven ability to take ownership of problems, investigate root causes, and ensure successful execution.

• Capability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and escalate issues to leadership when necessary.

• Willingness to engage in individual-contributor tasks while also leading the team.

• Strong analytical abilities paired with a structured approach to tackling unique business challenges.

• Capacity to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment.
