📋 Description

• Process data derived from vehicle accident reports and assessments.

• Digitize information from vehicle accident reports and assessments.

• Verify entries for accuracy and completeness.

• Select and handle photographs from vehicle accident reports and assessments.

• Anonymize photographs from vehicle accident reports and assessments to ensure data protection.

• Assume responsibility for tasks related to compliance procedures, particularly concerning data security.

• Assist in the creation and upkeep of knowledge base articles and documentation.

• Actively conduct audits of personal or colleagues' work to guarantee adherence to established protocols.

• Provide support to customers regarding software usage, service requests, product updates, and service disruptions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German and possess a good command of English; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.

• Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Windows (10/11) and the MS Office Suite.

• Ability to recognize relationships between software, hardware, and operating systems.

• Strong analytical skills, naturally curious, with effective questioning abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Capable of effective communication and building rapport with individuals at various organizational levels.
