This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and sustain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that integrate databases, APIs, flat files, and enterprise applications.

• Develop and enhance data models, data warehouses, and Microsoft SQL Server environments to facilitate analytics and business intelligence.

• Monitor the performance of pipelines, address failures, and enhance data quality, integrity, availability, and reliability.

• Automate data workflows to minimize manual processing and foster repeatable, efficient solutions.

• Create comprehensive technical solutions that align with business needs and enterprise architecture standards.

• Assess cloud platforms, integration patterns, tools, and technologies across environments such as AWS, Azure, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, and GCP.

• Generate architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and solution documentation.

• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to HIPAA requirements and robust data governance.

• Act as a technical consultant on cross-functional initiatives involving data, integrations, applications, and system design.

• Collaborate with the Director of Organizational Performance & Analytics and cross-functional stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, solutions architecture, strategy, or a combination of these fields.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, SQL, Python or a comparable programming language, ETL/ELT tools, data warehousing, API integration, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Proficiency in strategy is essential.

• Capability to convert business requirements into scalable technical designs.

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and organizational leaders.

• Experience with healthcare data, HIPAA-compliant environments, and enterprise data governance is preferred.
