• Design, develop, and oversee intricate data architectures that align with Sicredi's strategic and business objectives.

• Lead initiatives focused on automation and infrastructure, utilizing best practices to enhance efficiency and resilience.

• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of cloud solutions, while proposing and implementing ongoing improvements.

• Act as a technical mentor for junior team members, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams, impacting technical decisions and supporting the execution of complex projects.

• Extensive experience with SQL.

• Proficient in using Python for data processing and manipulation.

• Familiarity with Spark.

• Experience with Databricks.

• Understanding of structured and semi-structured data formats, particularly JSON.

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining data pipelines.

• Strong knowledge of data modeling and data architecture.

• Familiarity with version control and software engineering best practices.

• Preferred: Experience in cloud environments.

• Preferred: Understanding of Data Lake, Lakehouse, and contemporary data architectures.

• Preferred: Experience with pipeline observability and monitoring.

• Preferred: Familiarity with DataOps practices.
