Data Engineer – HR Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• We are seeking a Data Engineer (HR Support) to engage in group data review and alignment, ensuring consistency, reporting, and systems (such as SAP SuccessFactors) for the People & Culture (HR) department across the organization.

• This position will require close collaboration with the Group HR Controller, country HR Heads, project teams, and a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Essential: Ability to understand and align data types, structures, and validations with the business context, processes, and requirements.

• Previous experience in at least one system migration project with data responsibilities is required.

• Skilled in querying and analyzing large and diverse datasets, identifying inconsistencies and patterns, and drawing conclusions using SQL, Python, Databricks, PowerBI, Excel, and GenAI.

• Capable of designing and implementing data processes, as well as monitoring and governance solutions.

• Awareness of GDPR and data privacy regulations is necessary.

• Must be able to handle HR personal data with sensitivity and understanding.

• Competent in documenting findings clearly, including data dictionaries, field mapping, playbooks, and process write-ups.

• Able to communicate data findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and organized manner.

• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

• Proficient in Polish and English (C1 or higher).
