This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, manage, and execute basic to intermediate SQL scripts for effective data management and validation.
• Enhance query performance to boost the efficiency of daily operations.
• Conduct data analyses to identify and address issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering, DBA, and other teams to troubleshoot and resolve environmental or network-related problems.
• Provide support during after-hours or weekends as required.
• Create and maintain dashboards as necessary.
• Validate task outcomes to ensure all specifications are fulfilled.
• Comply with industry and organizational compliance standards to uphold data integrity.
• Track individual productivity consistently.
• Complete task assignments using the department's ticketing system within set deadlines.
• Meet organizational and personal goals established during performance reviews and goal-setting sessions.
• Undertake special projects and additional assigned responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience with RDBMS (such as Oracle, MS SQL, Vertica) and proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, or other data integration/ETL tools.
• At least 2 years of data analysis experience, preferably within the Healthcare sector, focusing on enrollment, medical claims, and/or pharmacy claims.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work with a flexible schedule.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
• Capability to multitask and prioritize projects to meet deadlines and manage tight turnaround times.
• Experience with multi-datacenter F5 deployments and global traffic management.
• Knowledge of firewall and security technologies (Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5 AFM).
• Experience with certificate lifecycle management platforms (e.g., AppViewX).
• Proficient in automation scripting (Python, Bash, and preferably Ansible).
• Must be able to perform tasks with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and maintain an office setup.
