This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Talend integration jobs, services, APIs, and reusable components.

• Create ETL/ELT pipelines that span databases, files, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.

• Convert business and data requirements into technical designs, mappings, transformations, and reconciliation processes.

• Construct parameterized and environment-aware integrations for Development, Testing, and Production environments.

• Develop both batch and near-real-time integrations.

• Administer, schedule, orchestrate, monitor, and troubleshoot Talend jobs and platform components.

• Provide support for the Talend Management Console (TMC) and Talend platform operations.

• Investigate production incidents, including failed data loads, integration errors, and performance issues.

• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive measures.

• Establish logging, monitoring, alerting, and automated recovery mechanisms.

• Assist with releases, upgrades, patching, and environmental maintenance.

• Collaborate with infrastructure teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and application teams.

• Utilize AI and automation tools for pipeline development, testing, monitoring, documentation, code generation, optimization, and review.

• Engage in solution design, estimation, and release planning.

• Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in Computer Science or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise data integration solutions.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience administering and supporting the Talend Management Console (TMC) or the Talend platform.

• At least 3 years of experience in installing, configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting the Talend Remote Engine.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing production support for enterprise integration solutions.

• At least 4 years of experience working within a mature Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• A minimum of 1 year of experience utilizing AI for code generation, data analysis, automation, or related development tasks.

• Practical experience with Talend Data Integration / Talend Data Fabric / Talend Studio.

• Over 6 years of experience in business requirements analysis related to data and integration.

• More than 6 years of strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.

• At least 2 years of experience in building scalable ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality, and working with cloud platforms.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.

• At least 3 years of experience working with Message Queueing Technologies.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with ServiceNow/Azure-based Data Management Platform integrations.
