This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

• Convert raw utility and geospatial data into precise digital twin models of electrical networks.

• Support the comprehensive deployment of the Neara platform for utility clients globally.

• Ingest and manipulate extensive LiDAR, GIS, and asset database datasets utilizing Neara’s schema language and configuration framework.

• Conduct thorough QA/QC to guarantee that digital twins accurately represent real-world physics and meet customer specifications.

• Create tailored reports and dashboards within the platform for utility engineers.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to enhance processes and tools.

• Assist in expediting future deployments and automating essential deployment processes.

• Demonstrated experience as a Data Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Integration Engineer, Software Engineer, or in a similar capacity.

• Proficiency in at least one major programming language, such as SQL or Python, with a willingness to learn a new language.

• Capability to learn and master a new schema language for data manipulation and report generation.

• Strong written communication abilities.

• Experience in contributing to internal knowledge bases and external user documentation.

• Skill in clearly articulating technical configurations to diverse audiences in fluent English.

• Ability to deconstruct complex data discrepancies and systematically reconfigure models to achieve 100% accuracy.

• A background in engineering, mathematics, software engineering, computer science, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Familiarity with GIS, CAD geoprocessing, or LiDAR data is advantageous.
