Data Contributor, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in the Lantana Audio Collection initiative.

• Capture the natural speech of children using a mobile application.

• Encourage children to identify simple objects, numbers, letters, and colors.

• Prompt children to count aloud up to 50 or as far as they are able.

• Fulfill all five project tasks.

• Have a parent or guardian review the project guidelines and assist in recording the child(ren).

• Submit recordings for quality assurance evaluation.

• Receive constructive feedback from the project team following quality assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• The parent or guardian must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must be the legal guardian of the registered child(ren).

• Must complete and sign the Parental Consent Form.

• Must possess a smartphone to download and utilize the recording application.

• Each child should be between the ages of 5 and 11 years old.

• Each child must reside in the United States.

• Each child needs to be a native speaker of Spanish (US).

• Participants should be parents or guardians with children aged 5 to 11 years old.

• Native Spanish-speaking or bilingual English/Spanish minors in the USA are encouraged to apply.
